What is IPMCkart 7-day Return Policy?

IPMCkart gives you the option to replace and/or return the products bought on IPMCkartwithin 7 days of the receipt of the order. The 7-day Return Policy at IPMCkart is a “No Question Asked Policy”. You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied:

  • With the quality of the product or
  • If you receive a damaged product

All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Refund or Replacement will be initiated ONLY IF the original packaging, accessories, tags, etc. are present. Courier has the right to refuse pick up in absence of the above.

 

How do I place a return request on IPMCkart?

If you want to return a product on IPMCkart, please follow these steps:

  • Create a return request online. You can return the product bought on IPMCkart within 7-days of delivery.
  • Login to your IPMCkart Account and go to MY ORDERS section.
  • Select the item you wish to replace and click on the Return/Replace link against the order.
  • Choose return option and fill in the required details.
  • Once the return request is created, we will ensure that the return is processed as soon as possible.

 

If I am not satisfied with quality of the product, can I return it?

Certainly! IPMCkart has a “No Question Asked Policy”. Report your concern by filling the Contact Us form within 7 days of receipt of your order. Once the product passes the quality check, we would initiate the refund/replacement as per your choice.

 

Can I get my order refunded into bank account if I made payment using cash on delivery and/or credit card/debit card?

Yes, your refunds can be into your bank account.

 

Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back? Will I get the money back?

Once you request a return or replacement on IPMCkart, we will arrange a pickup for your item and bear the courier charges.
