3. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on business days are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day
• You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking information once your order ships

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order at any time on our Track Order page.

5. Free Shipping

We offer free standard delivery within Greater Accra on orders over GHS 1,500. Promotional free shipping may be available during special sales events.
